Meet the Founder: Committing to Safer Streets
Deon Goldschmidt is the founding attorney of San Diego Personal Injury Attorneys, representing injury victims across California and Texas. Over a career spanning more than two decades, Deon has secured millions of dollars for individuals and families affected by catastrophic motor vehicle, pedestrian, and medical malpractice accidents.
Licensed to practice law in both California and Texas, Deon earned his LL.B. from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1992. Today, he co-manages his offices alongside licensed attorneys across both states, establishing a trusted, multi-state footprint.
Deon launched the Community Safety Initiative to address a persistent truth, which is that many traffic injuries are entirely preventable. By funding original data research and providing free safety resources, Deon is dedicated to making streets safer for families, cyclists, and commuters across San Diego.
