Deon Goldschmidt

With more than 20 years of experience, Deon Goldschmidt has dedicated his career to personal injury law. He has helped hundreds of accident victims recover compensation for their injuries. He also brings deep experience in medical malpractice cases.
A Johannesburg native, he earned his law degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1992. He is a member of the California Bar and is also licensed to practice in South Africa. He leads Deon Goldschmidt Attorneys’ San Diego and San Jose offices. Based in San Diego, Mr. Goldschmidt uses his extensive personal injury experience to help clients throughout the area.

Kevin Retoriano
Attorney
Kevin was born and raised in San Diego, California. He attended Montana State University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. He was also a full-time student athlete who played football for the Bobcats.
Kevin graduated cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. During his studies, he clerked for San Diego Personal Injury Attorneys after meeting founder Deon Goldschmidt. Now licensed in California and Texas, Kevin represents clients from our San Diego office.
In his spare time, Kevin likes being active and playing football when he can. He also spends time with family and friends.

Michel Shenouda
Attorney
Michel Shenouda is committed to guiding every client through the legal process and pursuing the compensation they deserve for their injuries. He approaches each case with care and attention to detail to achieve the best possible outcome. Licensed to practice in California, Michel works from both the San Diego and Riverside offices.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pacific Union College in Angwin, California, followed by a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. Michel prioritizes building strong relationships with his clients by maintaining open, honest, and transparent communication throughout the legal process.
Michel is fluent in English and Arabic. He is a native of Egypt and immigrated to the United States after high school to further his education. He enjoys working out, staying healthy, and spending time with family and friends.
